A glimpse of the construction process of a classical home plus annex in Bara Kahu

This recently completed project was an absolute pleasure and a personal triumph. The owner intended to sell this plot as he believed that it was too small to fulfill his requirements. With EFKAY's design and planning expertise, we are proud to say that the house now fulfills all our clients' requirements and then some. Featured in Designers Style Magazine.

This farmhouse was designed specifically to maximise air-flow and to ensure that the gorgeous views were visible from each room.

Originally constructed in the '80s, this house was refurbished and renovated in a rustic contemporary style.

A brief glimpse of one of our post-modern residences.

Even with the space constriction and expensive land value, the architect managed to create an internal courtyard within this house in order to create a healthy, green environment in the house.

A contemporary residence that boasts beautiful internal design features with a spacious, well ventilated interior despite the restrictive bye-laws and space constraints.
